Gerry Smith

Gerry manages the Epping office.

Educated at Greenwich University and gained an upper second class degree in International Marketing Gerry was admitted as a solicitor in 1980 and as a partner with Whiskers in 1982.

His specialist areas are Residential and Commercial Property, Wills Trusts Tax and Probate Administration. Gerry is a full member of The Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners and is entitled to use the designation TEP.

He is Trustee and Executor for a significant number of our clients and also stands as Deputy appointed by the Public Guardianship Office for some clients who have lost their mental capacity.

In 1998 he was granted a Faculty to practise as a Notary Public by the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury. 

Since then he has provided notarial services to clients embarking upon international transactions of all types.
