About the Role
Whiskers LLP is searching for a Commercial Property & Corporate Solicitor to join a dynamic commercial team in the Harlow Office.
The placement is suitable for candidates who are Newly Qualified and above. With any PQE considered.
Working alongside two Partners, candidates will primarily attend to a broad spectrum of commercial property matters including acting for landlords on the grant of new leases, tenants in the taking of new leases, renewals, acquisitions and disposals of commercial property as well as option and some development matters.
Candidates who have experience in corporate law will have an edge as our Firm attends to a comprehensive spectrum of corporate matters including M&A, JVAs and shareholder agreements, to name a few.
Candidates who are able to show initiative on generating new opportunities for the Firm will also have an edge.
Salary offers are competitive and based on each Candidate's PQE.
