Our basic fee for a standard, regulatory compliant HIP for a freehold property is £300.00 inclusive of VAT

The basic price for a freehold property is inclusive of the following :-

• Regulatory compliant HIP, enabling immediate marketing of your property, including:-

          - Index
          - Energy Performance Certificate
          - Sale Statement
          - Official Copies of Title
          - Official Copies of Title Plan
          - Local Land Charge Search
          - Replies to Local Authority Enquiries
          - Water and Drainage Search

• HIP in electronic format
• One printed and bound paper copy (additional paper copies are £11.75 each)

For leasehold properties, additional information and documents have to be included.  Much of the information will only be supplied by the Managing Agent or Management Company for the property, and their fees are unregulated.  Our basic fee for a leasehold property is £320.00 inclusive of VAT, and is exclusive of Managing Agent or Management Company fees, which will be notified to you just as soon as they are known.

HIPs are intended to assist your Buyer and his Conveyancer and speed up the conveyancing process.  A HIP prepared by a professionally qualified Solicitor is your surest and most secure route to achieving this.
