We offer competitive and unrivalled hourly rates of £150 per hour plus vat, Fixed Fees from £100 plus vat and reduced hourly rates from £75.00 per hour plus vat, Reduced Fee Schemes for clients of limited means, drop in clinics and Legal Aid.

AGREED DIVORCE SCHEME

Petitioner (you issue divorce proceedings)                                   – £499 Plus Vat, Plus Court Fees

Respondent (you are served with divorce proceedings)                – £299 Plus Vat

AGREED DIVORCE AND FINANCES?

Straight forward Divorce and pre-agreed financial agreement      – £1,000 Plus Vat Plus Court Costs

Pre-agreed Cohabitation, Pre-nuptial or Separation Agreement     – Depending on the value of the gross assets, our charges start from £400 Plus Vat

FINANCES NOT AGREED?

If you and your spouse or ex-partner are not in agreement as to how to separate your financial affairs, and you require legal assistance we can offer a competitive hourly charging rate of £150 per hour plus Vat

CHILDREN MATTERS

Many individuals experience difficulties regulating arrangements for their children. We can help you work out tailor-made solutions which are effective in practice and promote your child’s best interests, with our competitive hourly charging rate of £150 per hour plus Vat.

INJUNCTIONS

Our Family Team possess all the necessary skills and expertise to provide reliable assistance to our clients at what is a highly traumatic time, with our competitive hourly charging rate of £150 per hour Plus Vat.
